JCP Specifications:� Weld mount friction type safety hook body is fabricated from 11 gauge stainless steel and is 3-1/8� high x 1-3/8� long x 5/8� wide.� The 3� long hook is fabricated from 8 gauge stainless steel and the assembly with two 1/8� thick rubber washers is secured with a 1/4-20 x 1/2� button head Torx� w/ pin screw.� The friction type safety hook is designed to collapse at approximately 40 pounds of pressure and can be adjusted.� The weld mount safety hook is designed to be welded to other products such as a shelf, or can be welded directly to a plate wall.

 

The bolt mount safety hook is similar to the weld mount other than it has a mounting tap on the top and bottom with a 1/4� diameter hole for installation to a wall with security anchors provided by the installer.

 

The back plate of the embed for the weld mount safety hook is fabricated from 7 gauge HRPO steel and is 3� x 5�.� The anchor strap is fabricated from 12 gauge HRPO steel and is 2� wide and 4� long.� The embed assembly will receive one shop coat of our standard primer.
